This event will give the opportunity to learn some typical dishes of Greek cuisine.

We will teach you in the JRC MENSA how to prepare traditional Greek dishes, such as mousaka, tzatziki, baklava, etc. The instructions will be given in Italian and English.
All recipes will be handed out to the participants and a taste of the dishes, accompanied with Greek wine will be offered at the end of the course.
Please note that due to space limitations the participants will not be able to cook themselves.
The first Course of Greek Cuisine Lessons will take place in the new Mensa of the JRC on the 6, 13 and 20th February starting at 18:30 till 20:30 approximately.
The lessons will be repeated on the 7, 14, 21st May.
Participation is open to internal and external persons (for this reason the Mensa will be accessible from the outside of the JRC only).

The programme is as follows:

  1. 6 February and 7 May: Tyropitakia, tzatziki, exochiko, baklavas
  2. 13 February and 14 May: Gemista, sutzukakia, choriatiki
  3. 20 February and 21 May: Mousaka, ntolmadakia, chalvas

COST per lesson: 30 EUR (including the dinner/wine)
